Christmas Grinch story
The renown Dr. Seuss wrote a book entitled “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” in 1957 which became a well known legend for Christmas festival. It was later adapted into a movie, a play in theathers and even a cartoon.
The story features a green hairy cat-like creature that stays in a cave on Mount Crumpet with his loyal dog called Max who hated everything about Christmas. Unfortunately, His heart is smaller than normal. He planned to steal the Whoville town folks of their Christmas gifts while they were asleep. Nevertheless, he accomplished his devious plan.
However all The residents were not sad, they remained as happy as before and cheerful about Christmas. To them Christmas was meant beyond gifts. It’s about the wamrth love of Christmas that they can share with each other in spite of a great set back.
Being overtly touched by the meaning of Christmas the town folks shown towards each other, Grinch gave back all the Christmas presents and pleads for mercy. Seeing that the Grinch truely repented, the town folks of Whoville accepted him with a warmth heart. As he mingled among the community he became very well loved and miraculously his heart grew till its normal size.
Folks there might be Grinches out side our community that needed to be accepted. Do your part in loving them as your neighbour. -PC
