Parking Signage to Intimidate You

Is this guy serious with his signage? Wonder if he’ll do what he says?
I’m not brave enough to test him, but for those with the balls and a spare car to park, do let me know the outcome. In the meantime, my compliments to the creator for his creativity, and may I recommend a career in movie directing? Cause this sounds like the plot for the average action-movie that’s screening in our cinemas nowadays… Thanks for putting a smile on my face in my weary battle against traffic!
